By booking with Diamond North Express, you agree to the following terms. We have kept them clear, fair, and easy to understand.
One-way and round-trip tickets are valid for the date and time selected at booking. Round-trip return portions must be used within 30 days of the outbound journey. Ten-ride passes are valid for 90 days from the date of first use. Unused portions of multi-ride passes are non-refundable after expiry.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations after departure time. Round-trip tickets cancelled partially are refunded as two one-way fares minus the discount. Ten-ride passes are fully refundable if no rides have been used.
Each passenger may bring one carry-on bag (max 10kg, must fit under seat or in overhead) and one checked bag (max 23kg) at no extra charge. Additional checked bags are $15 each. Oversized items (bicycles, skis, etc.) require advance notice and may incur additional fees. Diamond North Express is not liable for damage to fragile items in checked baggage.
Passengers must arrive at their designated stop at least 15 minutes before departure. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited onboard. Passengers who are intoxicated, abusive, or disruptive may be refused boarding or removed from the bus without refund. Drivers have full authority to enforce these rules for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Diamond North Express makes every effort to operate on schedule. However, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, passengers will be offered the next available departure or a full refund at their discretion.
Children under 2 years travel free when seated on an adult's lap. Children aged 2–12 receive a 50% discount on all fares. Passengers requiring wheelchair-accessible seating must request it at least 24 hours in advance. Service animals are welcome at no charge. Emotional support animals require advance notice and may be subject to carrier restrictions.
Complimentary WiFi is provided as a convenience and is not guaranteed. Connection quality may vary based on cellular coverage along the route. Diamond North Express is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or inability to connect. Power outlets are provided as-is; we are not responsible for damage to devices caused by electrical issues.
Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation management, customer service, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell or share passenger data with third parties for marketing purposes. Payment information is processed through PCI-compliant gateways and is never stored on our servers.
